Data Center Infrastructure Management & Operations

This service provides comprehensive data center infrastructure management and operations support, ensuring the accountability, maintenance, and operational readiness of infrastructure-level IT environments. The contractor is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of data center infrastructure assets, including networking, compute, storage, power, and environmental management systems.

The service includes rigorous compliance with industry best practices, ensuring adherence to ISO/IEC 27001 for security management, NIST 800-53 for infrastructure-related IT controls, and ITIL frameworks for infrastructure service delivery. The contractor performs regular infrastructure asset inventories, maintains software license compliance for infrastructure platforms, and manages infrastructure-level system updates, ensuring patches and upgrades are deployed in a timely and secure manner.

This service also covers Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), including configuration and sustainment of emergency alerting systems, infrastructure disaster recovery and continuity planning, and semi-annual testing. Preventative maintenance on infrastructure hardware, HVAC, and electrical systems is conducted to ensure uninterrupted data center operations and infrastructure integrity.
