1. Our Commitment
Namauu Technological & Industrial, LLC (“NTI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to guarantee we provide equal access to all users.
As a service provider to the U.S. Department of War and civilian federal agencies, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of inclusive design. Accessibility is not an afterthought — it is a foundational principle of how we build and maintain our digital properties.
2. Standards We Follow
We strive to conform to the following accessibility standards and guidelines:
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Level AA conformance addresses the most common barriers for disabled users.
- Section 508 — As required under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended), we design our digital services to be accessible to individuals with disabilities. Section 508 standards align with WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
- ADA Title III — We design our web properties to comply with the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- EN 301 549 — The European standard for ICT accessibility, consistent with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which we reference for international accessibility alignment.
3. Accessibility Features

4. Assistive Technology
Our platform is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Magnification software: ZoomText, built-in OS zoom functionality
- Voice control: Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Windows Speech Recognition, macOS Voice Control
- Switch navigation: Support for switch-based input devices and alternative keyboards
- Browser accessibility features: High contrast mode, text-only mode, reader mode
We test with the latest stable versions of these technologies and their most commonly paired browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
5. Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance, the following limitations are currently known:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are actively remediating these and prioritize documents based on frequency of access.
- Certain third-party embedded content (e.g., external video players, interactive maps) may not fully conform to our accessibility standards. We work with vendors to improve these integrations.
- Dynamic content updated via live regions may occasionally have delayed announcements in certain screen reader and browser combinations.
We maintain an internal accessibility issue tracker and address known issues in prioritized sprints. If you encounter a specific issue, please let us know.
6. Testing & Evaluation
We evaluate accessibility through a combination of automated and manual testing:
- Automated scans: Regular automated testing using tools such as axe-core, Lighthouse, and WAVE to identify programmatically detectable issues
- Manual testing: Keyboard-only navigation, screen reader testing (VoiceOver, NVDA), and visual inspection for issues that automated tools cannot detect
- Component-level audits: Each UI component is reviewed for accessibility compliance during development and code review
- Periodic audits: Comprehensive accessibility audits conducted on a regular cadence, with findings tracked and resolved
7. Third-Party Content
Our platform integrates with third-party services for functionality such as authentication, analytics, email delivery, and document processing. While we select vendors that share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot fully guarantee conformance of all third-party content.
Third-party integrations include but are not limited to:
- Supabase (authentication and database)
- Resend (transactional email)
- Vercel (hosting and analytics)
We continuously evaluate our third-party integrations for accessibility impact and work with vendors to address any identified barriers.
