This Service provides comprehensive project management leadership and execution oversight for information technology initiatives to ensure projects are planned, coordinated, executed, and delivered in accordance with approved scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk objectives. The Service establishes a single accountable delivery authority responsible for integrating technical teams, managing dependencies, and maintaining transparent, timely communication with Government stakeholders.

The Service encompasses end-to-end project management activities, including project initiation, integrated master schedule (IMS) development, risk and issue management, change control coordination, status reporting, and delivery oversight across multiple technical domains. Execution emphasizes disciplined governance, proactive risk mitigation, and auditable project controls to support predictable delivery outcomes and informed decision-making.

This Service provides delivery oversight and coordination and does not perform hands-on technical execution or long-term operational sustainment of IT systems.
