Position Summary

This position owns the WMD Directorate's SharePoint platform end to end, the system relied on daily to track, share, and report on time-sensitive information across every classification enclave it runs on, from the unclassified network through FBINET, SIPRNET, and JWICS. This involves building it, securing it, documenting it, and training the staff who use it.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft SQL Server

  • Experience administering SharePoint platforms across multiple classification enclaves

  • Experience developing collaboration and information-sharing capabilities

  • Experience developing and maintaining program documentation

  • Experience delivering user training and producing training materials

  • Experience with configuration management, risk management, and systems engineering support

  • Ability to operate under FBI security, information assurance, access control, and classification handling requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access

General Qualifications

Responsibilities

Tasks

Design, Development, and Deployment

  • Develop SharePoint collaboration sites and pages for day-to-day operations, exercises, and crisis operations across classification enclaves, including the unclassified network, FBINET, SIPRNET, and JWICS

  • Configure SharePoint site collaboration features, including goal and milestone tracking, resource allocation, and multi-user document compilation

  • Develop the system used to compile and share WMD Strategic Group output documents across classification enclaves

  • Deploy SharePoint solutions to production environments

Administration and Maintenance

  • Administer SharePoint platform configurations and user permissions

  • Maintain SharePoint collaboration sites

  • Troubleshoot SharePoint system issues and user support requests

  • Monitor SharePoint system performance

Security and Compliance

  • Monitor SharePoint system security controls

  • Maintain compliance with FBI security, information assurance, and classification handling requirements

Documentation

  • Develop project documentation, including System Concept of Operations Documents, Integrated Master Schedules, Project Plans, Configuration Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, Test Plans, and Test Reports

Training

  • Develop training materials and user guides for SharePoint users and backup administrators

  • Deliver SharePoint training to FBI and interagency personnel

  • Consult on the development of training and exercise activities that validate system use

NTI Program Administration

  • Prepare monthly status reports

  • Track program financial status

  • Prepare work summary reports

  • Prepare Government Furnished Property summaries, if applicable

  • Prepare invoices

  • Record meeting minutes

Position Details
$185,000 - $185,000

Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related field

Clearance: Top Secret

Work Environment

  • The primary place of performance will be FBI Headquarters, J. Edgar Hoover Building, Washington, DC., or any FBI/contractor approved space, if required.

  • Generally, hours performed under this contract shall occur between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. There may be instances when the contractor will be required to be available outside of normal business hours. 

  • Normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.

  • During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
