Haley Chase’s connection to the military began long before her professional career. Growing up with a father in the service, she learned early how discipline, commitment, and adaptability shape a life of service.
“Being a part of NTI gave me the opportunity to contribute and support the mission,” she said. “What stood out to me the most was the opportunity for growth — not just professionally, but personally as well.”
The Work of Business Development
In business development, results are measured in more than numbers. Haley’s work requires equal parts strategic thinking and relationship building, skills she is sharpening while earning a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management.
Her approach is deliberate. She focuses on opportunities that align with the mission, building partnerships that can last beyond a single contract.
Looking Forward
Haley’s long-term goals are ambitious. She envisions leading larger teams and running programs that influence strategy at the highest level. Growth, she says, is not a side benefit of the job. It is the job.
Away from the Office
Outside work, Haley splits her time between activity and rest. She enjoys hiking, swimming, and running, and likes exploring new restaurants. At the same time, she is comfortable spending a weekend at home, watching documentaries with her cat.
“I’m super outgoing and talkative at work,” she said. “But sometimes I just like to recharge at home.”
A Steady Path
Haley’s mix of focus and balance serves her well in a role where priorities shift quickly. She invests in her professional development while maintaining the perspective needed to navigate change, making her a steady presence in the fast-moving world of federal business development.
