Beyond the Office
When she’s not helping employees thrive, Irma can usually be found thriving in her own backyard. Literally. With half an acre to maintain, she takes pride in keeping her yard lush, green, and enviably plush. “I’m pretty proud of that,” she laughed.
Music also plays a big part in Irma’s life. Whether it’s listening at home or joining in when the mariachis come around at a restaurant, she never misses the chance to sing along.
Family & Fur Babies
Irma is a proud mom to a beautiful adult daughter. Now an empty nester, she fills her home with the love of her fur babies. Her favorite ritual? “On Saturday mornings, I roll out of bed, get them in the car, go grab a coffee, and get them their little treat.”
